As is known, Age Management System was founded by doctor and candidate of medical sciences Yevhen Shagov and specializes in preventive medicine, personalized health management, and age management.

Its key product is the long-term medical support service AM System, which includes comprehensive diagnostics, consultations with specialized doctors, monitoring of metabolic and hormonal indicators, personalized health support programs, IV therapy, as well as biotechnological and hardware solutions.

It was previously known that Krippa had decided to invest in healthtech. According to YouControl, Krippa had previously become a co-owner of the fund “Age Management Ecosystem” with a 50% stake.

Krippa’s key assets are concentrated in the real estate, technology, and media sectors. In particular, these include the esports team Natus Vincere, game developer GSC Game World, known for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, media platform and broadcast studio Maincast, as well as the mobile game development company Burny Games. Another area of Krippa’s investments is commercial real estate and hotels.
