According to the ministry’s Telegram channel, errors occurred during authorization in the application.
“Our specialists are already working on restoring stable operation. As soon as we fix everything, we will inform you. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience and thank you for your understanding,” the Ministry of Defense addressed users.
UPD. As of 12:00 PM on Friday, August 14, the application’s full functionality was restored.
“The operation of ‘Army+’ has been fully restored. Authorization in the application is now working in standard mode. All technical difficulties have been resolved. Thank you for your patience,” stated the Ministry of Defense.
If users still cannot log into the application, they are advised to restart it. If this does not help, the Ministry of Defense recommends contacting the support service on the “Army+” website.
As dev.ua reported, users of the “Reserve+” application have started receiving notifications that the TCC has sent a summons to their address for verification of military registration data. The notification indicates the address, the type of summons, as well as the date and time to appear at the TCC.
