Ukraine presented a new heavy underwater drone in France
The underwater vehicle was presented by the Ukrainian company Global Mark at the international exhibition Eurosatory in Paris.
It is adapted for naval operations that require full autonomy and a low level of detectability.
SEA TRIDENT is capable of delivering a payload weighing up to 1000 kg to strategic targets.
Thanks to its low detectability, it can stealthily penetrate various maritime zones.

Tasks can include: conducting strike operations, logistics and cargo delivery, as well as interception and neutralization of other unmanned underwater vehicles.
SEA TRIDENT
The vehicle is equipped with full autonomy systems, adaptive navigation, and is capable of striking at long distances.
Technical characteristics of SEA TRIDENT include a maximum range of up to 2000 miles. This allows the vehicle to perform extended missions.
The weight of the underwater vehicle is 10,000 kg. The dimensions of the device are 10,000 × 2,000 × 1,500 mm.
The maximum speed of the drone reaches 10 knots (18.5 km/h), while the cruising speed is 6 knots (11 km/h).
The operational diving depth is 60 meters, allowing it to operate effectively in coastal areas.
This is not the first Ukrainian underwater drone. Last year, developers of the Ukrainian underwater drone Toloka demonstrated its updated smallest version.
