Combat drones with dropped charges are being discovered tens of kilometers from the border, not only on the ground but also on the roofs of tall buildings. Civilians might encounter them accidentally.

“Flash” Warns of a New Threat from Russian Drones in the Rear

This information was shared by Serhiy Beskrestnov, an advisor to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, with the call sign “Flash.”

An FPV drone equipped with a combat charge was discovered on the roof of a multi-story building, situated over 30 kilometers from the border. The previous day, a similar object was found lying on a street.

According to Beskrestnov, these FPV drones are launched by the “Gerbera” unmanned aerial vehicle.

“Flash” urged the public to exercise caution.

Warn your children and refrain from touching any unfamiliar objects you find.

“Gerbera” is a Russian drone utilized for delivering small munitions to civilian and near-frontline territories. It is considered a less expensive counterpart to the “Shahed” drone.
