Citizens of the USA residing in Russia have been alerted to the danger posed by drone attacks. This follows Ukraine’s strike on Moscow.
This information was released by the press service of the US Embassy in Russia.
The embassy highlighted recent drone attacks occurring near the Ukrainian border and in major Russian cities, including Moscow, Kazan, and Saint Petersburg.
Americans in the Russian Federation are advised to immediately move to a safe distance and seek shelter if they spot a drone.
US citizens are prohibited from photographing or filming drones, their debris, or the aftermath of attacks, as violating these regulations could result in fines or imprisonment.
“US citizens are once again advised and strongly reminded to refrain from traveling to Russia,” the embassy stated.
Americans were also urged to comply with the instructions of Russian law enforcement officers in the event of attacks or the detection of drones.
